You could try Gold tip Ultralite 600's or Victory HV600's. That should get you more speed. If you go with the GT's go with a 35 grain tip. You should get around 1 fps for ever 2-4 grains of arrow weight you cut from you orginal arrow weight.

Keep in mind, that if you're looking to compete in 3D archery, you must have a minimum of 5 grains of arrow per pound of draw weight. I'm pulling 61 lbs on my 3D bow and my arrows weigh 307 grains.
Also, make sure that you get the proper spine arrows for your draw weight. You can mess with things like your vanes/tip weight and lenth of arrow to gain some extra speed.
I have the On Target software so I can mess around a bit and let you know a rough guestimate on the proper arrows/point/vane combo for your set up.
I'll need to know a couple of things.
1. What bow you're shooting and what year it was made.
2. Draw length
3. Draw weight
4. If you have a d-loop/peep or silencers on your string.
5. If you have a brass nock point or if it's tied in.
6. If you're shooting a release or fingers.
Let me know that and I'll run it through some different scenarios.

You can go with the weight restriction of 5 grains per pound or if you shoot less than 280fps there is no minimum grains per pound.

Victory does not make a HV600 shaft
I would seriously take a look at the victory Nanos 600 spine. Nanos will eventually be called VAP instead of the Nanoforce. they are 5.1grs per inch, my arrows for my recurve are 31 inches long with 80gr tips and weigh 260grs

My GF shoots 25 inches at 45 lbs and she was shooting Gold tip Ultralite 600's with 65 grain tips with good results at 40lbs, since she moved to 45 she is now shooting CarbonForce Radial X Weave Pro 100's, they are basically a 500 spine arrow and seem to get decent speed and shoot very well for her, plus they have a straightness of .001, i shoot the Pro 200's myself and they are a great arrow.
