I captured some video of coyotes the other day on my trail camera. A deer was hit down the road from my house and I put the ScoutGuard on a tree near the deer. I also tried the Lithium AA batteries for the first time and was suprised at how well they did in the cold.

You can check out the video at http://www.trailnsecuritycameras.ca/video.html
It takes a minute to load, so hang in there.
I saw another deer down the road a little further that got hit this week, but I think I had better what till it gets a little warmer for the batteries.

It seems to be a pretty good little camera. I read up quite a bit on Chasingame before purchasing and they seem to have worked out a couple little bugs from earlier production last year. I haven't had any complaints as of yet.

I have been happy with the reaction time (~1.2s). In Dec, I put it on a couple deer trails and got some nice pictures. The IR seems to reach out pretty good at night and I haven't seemed to have many problems with it spooking the game as others have mentioned with IR. Maybe it is how I mount them?

I was sure tempted to take my gun with me to check the camera each day. I could have shot a couple of them, but decided to get the pictures and then do the old crying rabbit trick a little later.
