Sask spring snow season starts April 1-31 all you need is your federal migratory stamp from 2007 no purchase of any sask license needed, get permisson set up start shooting and hope you packed enough shot shells LOL 20 birds daily limit 60 possesion for the spring hunt take lots of coolers and remember to only shoot whites you will be crying as flocks of 20-40 specs and honkers float over your spread:boohoo:

Sounds like fun, can you use electronic calls in Sask for snows?

PM sent as well.

Definitely interested in the call seminar!...

Man in my mind I see the geese comin in with landing gear down and feeling the heartbeat waiting for the TAKE 'EM BOYS!... feeling the comfortable push from the Big 10 and the goose folding up in the air!....The smell of powder burning and...

You can bring your Dog Doug, how trained well is it??? I have three Labs Bear, Duece and Jesse that are all outstanding field dogs there is no Goose to big or winged for Bear to bring in he is a monster and i think he loves Goose hunting maybe even more than me if that is possible LOL

Tazo is not trained YET, I was hoping to get some pointers from you as well. I did not realize that you were a big time waterfowler. He is a big chessie pup and he is learning pretty fast.

Ya i am kinda wierd Doug Sheep and Geese are my favorites, not so much similar the way you hunt either of them LOL Oh well guess thats why some people acuse me of bieng a bubble off of plumb  who else you ever seen clucking on a goose call at a 3-D tourny??? Yup would be happy to have your dog he can't work with Bear but no problem with Jesse or Duece. Bear is kinda stuck up and arrogant and figures he is the only dog in the world that has ever picked up a Goose!!!

Goose hunting is probab;y the biggest kick I ever get....

Once the birds start coming in everything else takes a back seat!....

I really enjoyed living in Strathmore!... I had lots of permission from the farmers and got in on many a good shoot!...

the whole experience is cool...

Calling the birds over, then sucking them in to land in your spread, is just as cool as seeing them fold up and come down. many times I have just sat back and called when we have a lot of shooters!...

One time these two guys came into our field and we invited them to join us in our blind and add their dekes to ours... The arrogantly declined.... i had fun the rest of that morning just as geese were looking interested at their spread.... calling them over to ours and dropping them. It was kind of fun being a dink!....

i really miss goose hunting.. have not done much for the past 3 years!...
