Has there ever been a rep from the ABA executive?

Not in the recent past. The FCA director has always been an ATAA executive member. As you know the ABA and ATAA are not the recognized organizations. They both fall under the ABAA umbrella which is recognized by the FCA. I haven't seen the ABAA consitution. I beleive it outlines from which organization certain executive have to come from. It would be interesting to see because I believe some years the preident is supposed to be the ABA president and some years the ATAA president. This may be true of the FCA director porition as well. But this is all speculation on my part as I do not have copy of the ABAA consitution.

Is she supposed to be promoting and helping fund 3D archery in Alberta?

Not really. The role of the FCA director is to act as a liason between the province and FCA. I have sat as the FCA director in the past for Alberta and at that time that was the main role of the FCA director. Her responsibilities would include attending FCA meetings, voting for Alberta on issues at the executive level and dispesring and receiving information to and from the national body.

The FCA director is the voice of the Alberta Bowhunters and Archers Association (ABAA) for any issues dealt with at a FCA executive level. In other words she speaks for the provincial association.

The 3D rep is supposed to deal with 3D issues. My understanding is the Rene Schaub from Lac La Biche is the ATAA 3D rep. I don't think the ABA has one. Questions can be directed to me as well.
