Hey Everyone! We are doing some upgrades to the site and changing some things around to make your experience here at bowzone.ca the best it can be. So here it is in a nut shell.
1. We have added the 2004 Journal to the hunting journal area. It's moved to near the bottom of the forum list.
2. We have changed the format of our outdoors related for sale ads on bowzone.ca. We have teamed up with Ehunt.ca and they are now going to be listing all of our member's classifides or auctions using their site.
What we would like to see is for the folks that have stuff in the for sale section to go and register over at ehunt.ca and list their items there (it's free). Ehunt.ca is run by me as is bowzone.ca so you know your information is safe on either site.
The new format also allows you to upload pictures (actually, it's encouraged so you get better viewing on your listings) and also allows you to utilize the feedback rating system at ehunt.ca so you have an idea who you are dealing with. This is a little bit of a pain to start out but once you're registered, you have a much more powerful tool to sell your outdoors stuff.
There is a help link there for you if you are having problems using it, you can pm me here or e-mail me at admin@bowzone.ca.
3. Newsletter Information: We have been publishing a newsletter approx. once per month for a while now and we are working on setting up a new newsletter format for signing up and such. Please look for it in your in box in the near future.
4. We are going to be upgrading the software that we currently have here so you may see some outages in the next week or so. Please keep trying to come back if the site isn't working. We are not shutting down, just making a ton of changes to make the site better for all of you.
