Looking for outfitters tent.

I am looking for a good used canvas wall tent for moose camp. I would like it to be least 12 X 14 and be in good shape. The 5 foot wall is preferred, but would consider the 4 foot tent if the price was right. Pole kit is not necessary.

We are currently using a Bell army tent, but the 5-sided shape makes for a lot of wasted space.
