Anyone shooting fita and field archery around calgary?? i would like to try that but don`t want to go to Hongcover to do it.

Calgary Archers has several FITAs every year as does Edmonton and maybe Lethbridge this year. Several in BC as well as the shoots are booked you can find them on the FCA websites calendar.

Field rounds are few and far between the only one in Alberta each year is the one held at Target provincials.
Winds is always a big problem with Calgary FITAs seems like we always get crappy weather (Chinook winds etc.). At least in Vancouver conditions are usually better.

Most clubs haven't registered their shoots yet, inddor is still going on. Should see more FITAs listed soon.

I seem to recall that we(the silvertip club) are gonna get a feild course goin' again ..... as far as an FCA sanctioned Feild ???? I dunno
