I have been seeing a few of these guys lately.The rivers are frozen over,so what do they eat in the winter?

Bald eadles are scavengers, they will eat anything they can find or steal.

That makes sense, I see the same two eagles everyday sitting in the same tree over the river by the highway.The river looks like a frozen waste land right now
