I was talking with my Dad last night and he was telling me that he is feeding 20 deer right now. There are 18 Whitetails (inclucing a couple of nice bucks) that are feeding and bedding with the cattle. There is also a Muley Doe and Buck Fawn that are living in our machine quonset. They bed in the back of the quonset and feed off of the back of the bale processer. The Muleys show no fear, wandering around the yard all day, even when there is activity in the yard.

I guess the snow is so deep, they are doing what they can to survive.

we open the grain bin doors and let them feed once hunting season ends. Every little bit they can get helps when the hard winter storms come . I have one feild of swath grazing
that the deer have to themselves as of right now. going to be heading out and looking for some sheds around the swaths. the other night there was over 100 whitetails deer in the feild.
