Compound Bow Accessory Help

Hi All,

I confess that I am new to the compound bow and I just recently purchased a used bow from a friend of a friend. It came with a GKF Arrow Rest, looks like a plunger/pressure rest but I am not sure how to correctly utilize it with my shooting!

In fact.....all help regarding the use of sight pins, arrow rests and arrows would be very well appreciated!

There's a lot of different GKF rests out there. Could you point us to a picture?

I have no pictures of my bow or the arrow rest, however I found a picture of the exact one attached to my bow
