I use 4 blade Muzzys but I think I will try the slick tricks for this fall. They are supposed to shoot the same as field points. My Muzzys do not shoot the same.

:D I use three blade broadheads for a couple of basic theories. Firstly they have a neutral planning axis. Secondly i like three blades because of their cutting radius which i feel is most importent since your quarry`s meat is granular .

On my trad bows I use 2 blade or 2 blade with bleaders. They vary from Magnus, Tuskers to the German Silver flames on the high end.
For the compounds I have had great success with Barrie titaniums, and slick tricks as well as wasp jack hammers.
The main thing to remember is keep them sharp, tight and tune your bow to shoot them!!!!
A poorly tuned bow shoots broadheads just as poorly as it shoots field points!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Wasp Cam-lock SST's for a couple of years now and they flew great out of my old bow. Will have to see if they fly as well out of the bow I'll be using this year.

right now i am using two twin blade broadheads on my cedars one is the ribtek ss100 the slimmer of the 100 grain heads and the magnus 100 vented twin bladed broadheads. they are very easy to sharpen. and fly exceptional from both my recurve and longbow. both are excellent heads

Sir Huntsalot
Could you let me know where to get the Slick Trick Broad heads I think from the reviews that this will work great with my new setup. The broad heads I used before were Satalites 145 gr but with the lighter carbon Easton excel arrows I figure 100 grain will suite me just fine .....
