posting pics ?

I was trying to post some pics in the "outdoor photograhy" forum and it says my pictures are all to big. They will allow 195 kb and my photo's are 238 kb's. Is there any way to get them on I would like to show some of my game cam pics. Thanks

It's just a matter of resizing the photos.
I use iPhoto on my iMac, someone here will let you know the program to use if you're on a PC.
Looking forward to seeing them!
