:?: I was considering going to a no-peep for my 3-D bow, but after talking to a few people at the Spitz last weekend I've changed my mind. Too many people that I talked to have tried them and gone back to straight peeps. Which string peep do you you guys out there like? I want to get away from the one with the rubber tube, but I'm curious how often you have to re-tune the peep as your string stretches. I realize my string loop will align it to a certain extent, but I want it to be as good as I can get it.

Another quick question, "Sniper" are you the Martin shooter that shot the 315 on Sunday? Good shooting! :!:

I use a Fletcher Tru-peep with a string loop. It works great, it is also a good idea to go with a custom string to really stop peep rotation.

:D Thanks for the info, I actually won a Rocky Mountain custom bowstring at the Spitz on the weekend. I had planned on putting it on my hunting bow since it's getting a little ragged, maybe I'll put it on my 3-D bow and get a factory one for my hunting bow. I had never heard of Rocky Mountain strings up where I'm from, but I asked around after winning it on the raffle table and I hear they're pretty good.

Thanks again!

I have tried different peep aligner's with no success. The custom string with a loop is the best way to go. A tru peep only costs about $5 too. Here is an article on peep rotation and how to set your new string up.

Sniper, if they'll help me get my Martin shootin' some 315's I'm sold.
Any other tips? I'm hooked on this 3-D stuff, could end up single if I ain't careful. Or just broke!
