THANKS FOR THE INPUT GUYS. IM SURE THE TRYKON XL IS A SWEET PIECE OF MACHINERY ALSO. DAD HAS A REGULAR TRYKON IN THE SHOP. I TRIED THAT AND I REALLY LIKE THAT BOW. IM NOT EVEN GOING TO WORRY OUT IT UNTIL AFTER PROVINCIALS AND NATIONALS. (WELL MAYBE EFORE NATIONALS)HEHEHE :sure_ok: IM HOPING THE TURN OUT FOR PROVINCIALS IS GOING TO BE GOOD. Well the Tryke has been spoken of .... The Ultra elite .... Think of an Ultra tec with less shock and more stability .....

Just takes a few minutes to get used to nocking with the Elite riser .....

more stable and less shock than an ultra tec? sounds kosher to me. :notworthy . will be a big change from my turbo tec then. actually really like my turbo tec. they arent as ad as everyone says they are to shoot. plus when you are spitting out your 3-d arrows at 324 fps it kinda helps with the margin of error. just aftershooting at 65 pounds all day with a 55 %let off you kinda feel it a lil if you know what i mean.

Ya I know what you mean .... but my Super Bow didnt have all those flames on it :loser: :nutkick: ......hahahahaha
I just switched to a Pro Tec with 3000 limbs ... high let off cam .5 .... I am not happy with the Cam .5 ...I am switching to spirals for winter season. It was a culture shock going from the snotiest bow Hoyt has built to one of the most forgiving setups ever ....

To shoot the Trycon shouldnt be that big of a change from the Turbotec I loved my Turbotec and had no trouble changing to the Trycon the only thing is the Trycon is so smooth your brain doesnt think it shoots 300fps but it will .Im pulling 58 pounds 320 grain arrow going 296fps at 28 inch draw. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I shot a razertec before getting my trykon . I had a little trouble with the wieght of the trykon and the spiral cams. but now the trykon draws so smooth the cam and a half feels rough. And i thought the razertec was smooth and had no hand shock but after the trykon every thing feels rough.

All i gotta say is all the PRO hoyt 3d shooters and Outdoor shooters use Ultra Elite!

BUT BUT BUT In my hart Mathews is still a really HOT bow! I didnt shoot the trykon i had a mq32 but my Pro elite just towers that old mathews i had! BUT it was old! But it was definatly the best bow i had till NOW!

I need to to warn you about the wait time though for HOYT. 5-6 months and fusion ... You will definatly wait longer.

It all comes down to the grip! Which ever one feel's better in your hand while you hold it should be your choice!

Because when it comes down to the technical specs, they are bolth GREAT bows and probably deliverthe same amout of technology and prescision!

Good Luck:)

Actually your right! The 3d shooters do use the pro with spirals. The FITA shooters use the Ultra elite. I had the chance to meet Jamie van natta here in mtl when they had the 70 meter indoor and she had the ultra elite. I think dave also shoots the Ultra.
