The Game Cams are going out tonight!

Just heading out now.

Game Cams are up. I've got them in 1 new spot and 1 old one so I can see if the old boys are still around.

Saw 5 deer....3 does and 2 bucks. One buck had some decent horns for just starting growth and the other was pretty small still. Time will tell though.

Hope I find Cheeze again this year.

I will be putting mine out very soon as well I have a couple new pieces of land to scout out this summer so I willbe sure to have th TC's ready to go. I also plan to take the TC's to my elk hunting spots this fall if I am lucky on the draw .... I hope 2006 is good to me !!!!

just came back from philly today.. man does new york ever have so much more deer then here in ontario.. nicer view too :P.. i will be putting my cam out this week or next weekend.. ill be building a new one soooon too :D:D:D.. with my d-380.. g ood luck guys..

noobarcheryhunter, One of my Tc's is a D-380 as well ... what's the biggest card you have or use for your unit ??????

I also have a Sony P-41 with a 1G card and a 512mb .... works great !!

i think the biggest i can go with a d-380 is a 128mb card... which will hold about 250 photos... but i doupt that i will be able to wait that long :P.. it will be a fun project..

The P-41 cameras seem easier to work with than the 380. You don't have to mess with the slide on the sony.

true but the shutter speed ont he d-380 on the rss-u chip on fast shutter mode is less then ONE second! :D..i like that... i dont think my moultire gamespy 100 can do that hahaha

Do any of you guys have some good plans to make your own trail cams including suppliers for the parts, etc?

pixcontroller- uni board with rss u chip... (u can get the kit)
pelican cases-pelican 1040-1060 size cases
fresnel- PIR lens

pretty much with the kit from pixcontroller you dont really need anything else.
