What do you exactly consider disabled.
In January 17 2000 ,I had a partial heart transplant: titanium valve and a teflon's aeortha. Lost 75% of my strenght,2 years later , had a heart arrest.Luckily, the cops where close to the next door so they revived me.Three years ago had an ACV, with lost of coordination and concentration. The doctors put me permanent disabled. Was not able to pull a 50# bow,me that hunted for 44 years with a bow only.Had to get a doctor paper to hunt with a crossbow. When I kill a deer ,have to call my sons in law or brother in law to come and bring the deer home.
In the last 2 years, shot a doe, a button buck and a big 5 pointer buck.Have to hunt close to home. 3 years ago I went moose hunting with a friend saw the biggest moose in my area but 1/2 hres before legal hunting. In the truck light it look like a 60" spread. But when we went on his track, he was up the montain and for 6 days it came to my spot but during night.
Now I can barely hunt moose cause to weak for that type of hunt.

I hope you can always find someone to go hunting with you and help you out. I'm glad to hear you never gave up and still pursue to the best of your ability, hunting.

God bless you.
