I was in touch with Gary Cooper last week and he has sent me out a pack of Slick Trick 100's to test. As soon as I get them and test them I will post a review and let you all know what I think.

i have used them and i think you will be immpressed. they fly like a field point and they make the ugliest hole in things i have ever seen a broadhead make. and they are very durable i have shot it through plywood six times and it still shoots true,i could still hunt with it.A friend of mine went hog hunting with them and said they stoped the hogs in their tracks and did huge damage to the internals.I will be waiting for your report

They look good don't they!!! I put mine on a couple of arrows to see how they looked and they look great. I just haven't had a lot of time to shoot lately, that and I have to drive 6 hrs to go hunting, damn fires. If your bow is well tuned you are supposed to be able to just screw them on and they hit the same. We will see.

Wow thouse broadheads sound great, I may have too look into thouse, any dealers in Edm that may have them or do I have to order if I am interested? I was also wondering if the lind that you gave cdn-archer was broke or is it just my computer that won't open the file?

Sorry about that, the link is fixed. As for dealers in Edmonton, I don't know any off hand, but I would try Trophy Book Archery in Spruce Grove or Pipestone Creek Archery by Millet, or Sherwood Park Archery Lanes. I hope this helps.

gang i was fortunate to talk to gary cooper a while back myself and he sent me some of the slick tricks and i have to say they are one nice set of broadheads to shoot. easy to put together and when he says 6they fly like field tips they do. very accurate to 50 yards with me shooting my turbo nock hunters. you will find them very strong and they penetrate hard and fast. excellent broadhead to have for a fixed broadhead. you won;t go wrong with them. i shot them at 20 yards thru 1 by 4 of white pine wood and they penetrated fully with no problems. the arrow was shot from an ar34 at 59 lbs using a carbon force hunter at 27 inches with a 28 1/2 inch draw. the arrow weighed 334 grains. if your looking for a good broadhead and one with a small cutting diameter this is one of the best in my view
good luck to all and enjoy the slick trick 100's
good luck to all

We've been using them for the past 2 years. They fly better than any other broahdead [fixed] that I've tried to shoot. There have been 3 of us using them constantly and they've always hit where the fieldpoints did. That's great for me as my form isn't always the best. I would recommend trying them. And no, I don't get any kickbacks from them. I know all about the problems and shooting braodheads.
As for the Edmonton area, I tried to get Sherwood park to get them in as the others weren't carrying them. Maybe they've changed their minds by now. Haven't been that way in a few months.

Is there any major difference in diameter of the broadheads? Does anyone have any theories on why they fly the way that they do?
