I DRIVE A 200 POLARIS SPORTSMAN 500.
AT TIMES I SEEM TO BE LOSING COOLENT . THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN ALL THE TIME BUT IF I LEAVE ON A LONG RUN AND HAVE THE COOLENT LEVEL IN THE OVERFLOW TANK AT THE MAX. LEVEL IT WILL BE WAY OVER THE MAX. LINE AND SPITTING OUT FROM THE CAP, I THINK, AS IT IS WET IN THAT AREA.
WHEN IT COOLES DOWN THE LEVEL IS BELOW THE MIN. MARK ON THE TANK.
ARE THERE ANY SUGESTIONS WHAT I SHOULD LOOKING AT. TO FIX THE PROBLEM

Unless the bike is overheating for sure..I'd just leave it...

If the bike is overheating...I'd check for 2 things....Thermostat and/or air in the lines.

There is no ready problems on this models but they will find a level and stay at it if they have no leaks just make sure the cooling fan is working and the front of the rad is clean

Check the plastic nipple on the bottom of the coolant tank. It might have a small crack, I have a 2000 Sportsman RSE and the same thing was happening to me.Soon as the bike get warm it pushes the coolant out the small hole. I put a metal nipple on and the problem was solved.

Same as Lostbowman...it happened to me. A plugged rad and my coolant came out the cap from overheating. Make sure you remove the rad guard when you wash the bike down and spray out the fins on the rad.
