That is an awesome photo. I bet he was blind for a few minutes after that split second of flash!

Do the animals get scared off by the trail cams???
I'm looking at purchasing one and putting by my tree stand. Is that a wise idea???

From my experience and what I've read, it's not the flash that scares the animals (see lightening)..it's the noise that the camera makes (35mm). If you use a digital camera...you shouldn't have any problems.

Okay, thanks guys.
I looking at a Digital Camera anyhow. It's 1.3 Megapixels. I think it will be awesome.
Thanks....

wapiti,
Put a rain / frost guard over your shutter hole.
That should help those odd glare pics that you have been getting.
If it is flash glare, then you need to pad between the flash and shutter glass inside the case.
