My Gold medalist riser will finally be in this week. I have everything I need except for maybe a few items.
I have a clicker but not a clicker plate, do I need one and what does it do? I have two plungers, one that was on the bow when I got it with the left handed riser but I don’t know if it is a good one or not. Finally what type of arrow rest do I want? A brand name would help here please.
Thanks guys and gals,
Trevor

For a rest pretty any flipper arm rest will work or a magnetic rest. As for Clickers Don't worry about them for now. If your a beginner they will only screw you up :lolouch: .

Cavalier Archery makes excellent rests for Olympic bows. If you are using a plunger, you will have to tune it very carefully to avoid poor arrow flight. The amount of side pressure is very critical. A clicker allows you to get to the same anchor point every time (or is supposed to). It should not be viewed as a "release now" point.
