The Reflex cam&1/2 is the Hoyt system which is seeing a good deal of success in competitions around the world. It does have to be timed but there is a larger margin of error with the timing settings that basically allow you to forget it once it is set up.
I wasn't aware that Parker had two cam bows. The two cam set up is much more critical to timing and that can be exasperated by really radical cam designs. However this timing adjustment also allows for more precise tuning of the bow for optimum forgiveness. If you couple this with a really stable string and cable material it is not a bad way to go.
If you go with a two cam design you'll need to learn how to work with the cam timing and just periodically check it and adjust as necessary.
