There is an omission on page 50 of the 2010 Alberta Guide to Hunting Regulations regarding the archery only season for antlerless elk in WMUs 320, 322, 337, 338, 348, 353, 354, 355 and 356. The online version of the Hunting Guide (at www.albertaregulations.ca) has been corrected (see attachment) and the dates are included in the Hunting Draws Booklet. The omitted archery only seasons for antlerless elk are:
September 8 - October 31 WMUs 320, 322, 337, 338 and 348
August 25 - September 16 WMUs 353, 354, 355 and 356
We are in the process of communicating this omission to our stakeholders so if you could forward this to your membership it would be appreciated.
