Taxidermy Course

I am looking to learn how to do my own taxidermy. I have been unable to find anyone in the Edmonton area that runs any courses. If anyone has any info or is willing to teach me a few things I would be more than appreciative.

P.S. I have read a fair bit online but I would prefer to see it done in person before trying it at home.
