Man o man have we got alot of snow since last night. And to make it worse, there is a heck of a wind blowing, causing huge drifts. I would imagine the deer are not moving a bit.

Geez guys you could have at least kept it out there. It's starting to snow here and is getting pretty windy too. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if you'd kept it for another month or so. :)

Where the hell is the chinook! There's no sign that it is going to even hit zero for the next 5 days . Does anyone know how much snow they got north of Calgary up towards Rocky Mountian House.? I might head up there for a hunt if there's not to much snow.

Talking to a buddy of mine who owns some land up at Rocky Mt House and he says they have about the same amount of snow as Calgary. Supposed to get a little more over the next few days. Shouldn't be a problem getting in there though. Thats where I'm headed come Sunday night.

:?
I was out in 318 yesterday, and had snow packed into the grille by the time I got in there.
That was out by the forestry trunk road just south of the clearwater.
Slogging through 16-18" of snow, only a few tracks and nothing much moving.
