you bet -- Greg Potyok from Treebark Cameras is donating one of his digital trail camera packages again this year. Rules same as before - have to be a member prior to the harvest, each antlerless animal counts as one entry. Will be something in the next newsletter which is going to the printers any day now.

I just received my latest newsletter and, unless I am missing something, there is no information on the 2009 ABA Game Management Contest.
I was a doe shooting machine this fall and I need some info! Thanks Brent!

Everything is a go for the Game Mgt draw -- Greg Potyok is donating one of his trail camera packages again and thanks to Sandy Hrycyk (who bought 10 of his units) Greg will fully donate the package.
To enter your "does" fill out a Game Awards form (copy is in the newsletter) for EACH harvest and send into Ryk.
Lance was posting the Game Awards rules and descriptions on the website that Jeff Wilson did up for us -- outstanding job by the way.

Is "antlerless" in scope and can be doe wtail/mulie/antelope, cow moose/elk, ewe sheep. Each harvest counts as an entry so the more you harvest, the more entries you send in and the better your odds of winning. Pictures aren't required but are nice to put on the slide show at banquet.

What about 1 antlered bucks? I would consider this a management (although different type of management) harvest.

The intent of the game management draw is to encourage bowhunters to harvest does.

If it was under 4" you'd be in -- looks to be a trophy 8" though LOL.
So where do we send our game management entries?

Ryk Vissher. Fill out the form and mail or fax it with a picture to Ryk. Must be recieved before Feb 15. I've attached a copy of the form needed to be filled out. If you have digital photos you can email them to Ryk.
